In the dashboard you have several options of contacting support, see screenshots attached below.

Regarding the maps – you can filter out events from countries that you don’t want to show. Since location is based on Geo-IP it’s not always accurate and you might also have users outside your geo zone submit forms on your website, see this guide for details:

The version is actually mobile friendly and you can chose to either show the notification on top or bottom or hide it all together on mobile.

We have a free forever tier limited to 1,000 unique visitors per month and 1 type of social proof.
If you need more than 1 type, or want to show your social proof to more than 1,000 users per month – that would require a paid account.

The script is mandatory and is not possible to exclude as ProveSource is an external SaaS that tracks social proof data not only from within WordPress.

As mentioned in the previous comment and in the related article – async scripts do not block your page load and do not slow your website down.

synchronous resources unblock the document parser and allow the browser to avoid blocking
… it also means it is not essential for the first render

For some reason we don’t get emails about questions and reviews written in the plugin directory.
In general, the javascript loaded is an async script, very small and very fast and should not have any impact on your website.
