Yes, you can calculate the regular price of the product and show the calculated price in the product page. You can use this formula: x + 300
x is product regular price.

I have installed this plugin new version in my local setup and tested it but there is no duplicate entry in my database. And even in my debug log, there are no duplicate entry logs.
You first remove the data entry of our plugin from the database and install the new version plugin again.

This option will add metabox to each product’s edit page. You will be able to select related products, product categories, and/or tags manually for each product individually.

There is also an option to remove related products on per product basis.
