1. I’m afraid that unfortunately, our USPS plugin doesn’t have such feature in-built at the moment, however, the scenario you’ve described should be possible to configure using one of our other plugins – Conditional Shipping Methods.

2. Yes, it is possible, however it requires using the Handling Fees option available only in the USPS Live Rates plugin’s PRO version.

Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated only to USPS Live Rates plugin free version and due to its ToS we are not supposed to discuss the PRO features nor the premium plugins here. thank you for your message. We checked the Product Feed PRO plugin and its options and unfortunately, Flexible Shipping isn’t compatible with this plugin for now. I wrote down your insight and will let you know when we release some changes to improve compatibility between these plugins.

USPS Live Rate plugin needs only your USPS User ID to work properly. Please, try to provide this credential on your Settings page and let me know if everything works fine and the live rates are available.

thank you for your message! Probably there is some problem with the store Postcode. The plugin takes that value from Woocommerce settings (Settings -> General -> Store Address) or Origin Postcode (USPS settings – If the option Custom origin is checked). Could you please check those options?

The second notice shouldn’t appear after you will repair the previous issue.
