In reply to: Changing the font for the post editorHi,
I am trying to change the font for the visual editor, but i tried changing the following code in the content.css wp-theme directory:
https://screencast.com/t/NDhjODY5YzIto:
body.mceContentBody { font: 13px/19px Verdana, "Times New Roman", "Bitstream Charter", Times, serif; padding: 0.6em; margin: 0; }
but with no success, my issue is that my zero’s look too much like the letter “o”
Here is what the font look like: https://screencast.com/t/NGNkZWE3N
Any help would be appreciated.

In reply to: How to change wordpress@ email from WordPress generic emailsThanks for the plugin reference. I installed it and activated it but im not sure where in the WP-Email Settings I can change the From email address.
The email templates don’t seem to include anything that has to do with the generic email that is being sent to a user when he forgets his password for example.
Im thinking I should be able to change the email here: https://screencast.com/t/YWU2MzZmYTI but there is no option.
Could you direct me to the setting that allows me to change the email?
thanks.

PatIts Patrick ??

Do you have an email we can contact you directly at?

Hi firebird,
Please provide me a link to your donation page… i tried your homepage but couldn’t find it.
Thank you.
We will be doing a donation for your plugin, i spoke with my boss and the level of support and functionality of this plugin is a great addition to our running support system on wordpress.
Thank you again firebird!

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] email adminHi Firebird,
Thanks for the suggestion and feedback. I might be the first one asking for this option but you can see the benefit of choosing which user to assign the ticket to, if there are many admins it will make the system more efficient.
Thanks for your time.
PatrickHi Firebird,
Thanks for the detailed feedback and sorry for the delay. Seems to work great with the new plugin, i managed to fix my issue.

In reply to: If you are having problems with NAVT 1.0.31 and WP 2.7.1Is the wp-root.php file supposed to be in the NAVT plugin directory? I can’t seem to find it and i downloaded the latest version off the www.ads-software.com site.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] email adminFor 2. Presently the admin has a choice of allowing users to assign a new ticket to anyone unless we set the minimum assignement requirement to a higher level, which is good, but what im asking is if we can go a step further and filter in the Wats options in the Notifications area to whom all tickets will be assigned to with an option to choose which admin or user to assign all of them to, and would be great if you can make multiple choices of users, cuz presently ALL admins will receive a notification and in our case we will have a few admins which wont all be required to be notified of new ticket submission or new comment submission on a ticket.
Im assuming if a user creates a new ticket and then eventually the same user enters a comment to that ticket, the admin who’se suposed to be notified will be notified of the comment as well (by email)
Thanks for looking at this option. I have another suggestion as well if you wish me to pass it on, ill write up another support issue for that.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] email adminThanks for the quick feedback.
For 1. the option was checked in the admin interface, i had forgotten it was there, and i actually checked it was the email address i had put initially for the administrator that wasn’t good… my bad ?? thanks for looking into it nonetheless.
For 2. That’s exactly what i want to do.
Regards,
PatrickI’ve found a way to hide and not make accessable the Post feature to Contributors by installing a new plugin called Adminimize available here:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/adminimize/
It will allow you to disable all of the wordpress features one by one depending on the roles of the users.
Also even if I add set the Ticket Assignment so that Everybody can assign a ticket, subscribers don’t get to assign them…i have a feeling it is associated with the role.

In reply to: Show certain pages to registered users only.Nice plugin btw, it seems to do what Im looking for although I’ve been having a problem with the plugin.
Im simply trying to make a private page only accessible to members by checking the following Page settings to:
‘By default, only members can view pages’
and
‘Perform redirect for non-members’
(and choose ‘go to the wordpress login’)but when I do so and save the changes it and i try to access the url directly
(https://www.accedian.com/blog/live-event-registration/)it does not work redirect
if im not a member. It displays the 404 error page.I made sure to ‘Honor the default page visibility settings’ in the page
itself.Im using wordpress 2.7.1
and you can test the private page link here:
https://www.accedian.com/blog/live-event-registration/Thanks.
