Hi there,
Admob is fully supported, including banner ads and interstitials.
You can find more info here: https://www.mobiloud.com/help/knowledge-base/ads-banners/
Should you need anything else, please contact us at [email protected]
thanks,
PietroThanks for pointing this out. I presume the issue is found on Android? Have you tried our online simulator?
The issue sounds like a redirect loop.
It would help us a lot if you could send us an email to [email protected] with the details of your URL, the pages you’re linking to and the device you’re testing from.
It’s a conflict with another plugin installed. Our team can solve this for you.
Yes, of course, wee can disable search for you when building the app.
For any other questions, I’d recommend you contact our support team at [email protected]
Let me know if you still need any help with this.
If you could contact our support team at [email protected] they’ll be able to fix this problem on your site.
thanks
We’re looking into the issue, thanks for reporting it.
Thanks – this has now been fixed, it was just a configuration issue.
Hi there, sorry but multisite is not supported.
Dan, we’ve integrated WP-Groups, which is a free plugin allowing you to define different user groups with membership levels.
We can generally integrate with commercial membership plugins on an ad-hoc basis when required.
Thanks for sharing your opinion. Unfortunate you had to leave a 1 star review for a service you haven’t tried.
We are very clear about the cost of our service in the plugin description. We never ever claim the service is free, while the plugin obviously is. The plugin lets you configure and preview your app, if you like the app and the service, you can sign up at a cost. Serviceware like Mobiloud is perfectly in line with the WordPress policy, as you can read at the URL below, point nr.6
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/about/guidelines/
Regarding your preview errors, there are 70 million WordPress sites with different configurations, themes and plugins, lots could go wrong. 99% of the times though, some additional configuration is required to have the app preview work for you. Something we can help with, at no cost. Also it’s worth remembering you need your site to be publicly available over the Internet for the preview to work (no localhost or local IP), this is because the app needs to be able to download the content and configuration from your site.
If you still need any help, we’re always available at [email protected]
Hi Stu,
I don’t think your setup should be a problem. It might take a bit of experimentation which we’re happy to support you with. Quite simply building the app pointing at the https URL should work out.
feel free to email me at [email protected]
thanks,
PietroHi Stu,
Thanks for this.
The app needs to be pointed at the exact https URL for it to load correctly (avoiding http redirects) – something we can make sure to configure appropriately for you.
There should be no problem with rendering a gravity form in a page, but we can certainly help and verify your setup to make sure everything is working as expected.
Please reach out at [email protected] with an indication of your URL and we can verify all settings with you.
thanks,
PietroSorry about that. We have identified the issue and we’re working on a solution. The problem is due to the fact your server is running a version of PHP lower than 5.3. We’ll have a fix soon!
