I had a similar issue, but the Audience ID I was using was wrong. Once I added the correct one, it worked out flawlessly.

Where did you find your Audience ID?

Regarding the change in the layout, it seems related to a new option introduced in the frontpage:
“Display the post thumbnail”
If I deactivate that option, the layout is ok (but I can’t see the thumbnail, of course).
With the previous theme version, the thumbnail was displayed and the layout was ok.

Let me specify my tests are run on mobile phone.

Absolutely. Actually, what I usually do when the WPforms contact page disappears, I go to WPform admin area to create a new form.

Sorry not to give much info about the bug, but I haven’t been able to find what cause the issue. I suspected the cache initially, but after many tests it seems it’s not related to any cache plugin.

I can confirm. I reset cache, deactivated child theme…
I use the theme on two websites. One is very simple, with almost no plugins. Same behaviour in both websites.

I reverted back to 3.4.38 (downoaled version 3.4.9), everthing is fine again.

I couldn’t use the plugin’s reset option (got the same error message) so I removed all plugin related mysql tables. No change. I guess this definitely leads to a plugin conflict.

When I’ll be able to access a computer, I’ll do a full plugin conflict test, and let you know about the outcomes.
