Hi @shahzeenfarooq thanks you for getting back to me I went back to it a few days later and I had the idea to try and do it again but this time in an incognito window doing this help mitigate any cache or session related issues and it worked!

So for others reading this while it may not fix the issue if you are having the same or similar issues defiantly give that a try first.

And as the Dev says you should also try to disable other plugins and if that doesn’t work also try removing any custom code.

Ok thank you, its a great plugin and now my go to SMTP plugins on all my sites, so yes please add it back it was very handy to quickly pint point send issues.

Okay thanks but the issue is not all my sites use a ?preferred email service provider they’re just on the default setting, in these instances I just use post SMTP for its email logging and slack delivery issue alerts

are brilliant thanks, I was doing that but it seems its a divi visual Builder glitch, it doesn’t actually show up in the visual Builder unless you’ve already set the size and then put the code in, thanks

hi sorry for the confusion, what I meant is that in the Google review slide the option I chose shows three at a time next to each other, but the version on my page only shows two at a time.

Hi great thanks, I commented these two out and it worked but I’m not sure which one of them was the culprit.

Questions, which of these two do you think it was and should I re-enable these or I keep them disabled?

Hi @contemplate sorry it’s my client’s website, I’d forgot I sent them an email ages ago asking if they still needed that plug-in they said no so I uninstalled it.
