Ok so it looks like it is fixed I set the Z-Index (Overlay) 99999998, it may be different for others, I used google dev tools to play around with the number, I tried adjusting this twice before on the previous two versions and it didn’t work, so when the dev said it was fixed I didn’t realise I also needed to then go and adjust the Z-Index, as it used to work before version 4.2.6.3 without any adjustment, so anyways all good :).

Hi I’ve just been told by a client this issue is back again, I use another age plugin on another site ( but I like how I can disable yours on certain pages) that never has this issue, is there a more permanent fix please as it’s getting awkward.

Ok so it turned out out to be World Options plugins which is a global shipping plugin, I have asked the client to let them know so hopefully there is an update or fix.

Ok so have an update, I was able to replicate this on Site A but not Site B.

they both use different payment gateways could that be the issue, one uses Paypal the other RMS (Retail Merchant Services)

Site A = RMS payment gateway :

Order received URL (visiting this URL changes the order status from completed to processing and resends customer order completed email)

/checkout/order-received/52100/?key=wc_order_sg3vhM1g9N6XR

Site B = PayPal payment gateway:

Order received URL (visiting this URL does not change order status)

/checkout/order-received/5747/?key=wc_order_JTM7BTnzlGKl7&utm_nooverride=1&amt=4.50&cc=GBP&cm=%7B%22order_id%22%3A5747%2C%22order_key%22%3A%22wc_order_JTM7BTnzlGKl7%22%7D&st=Completed&tx=25551684R13295910

Notice how PayPal’s order received URL is way longer and has the word completed in the URL, could this be the issue maybe, I’m going to see if I can add another payment gateway(stripe) to site A to see if the issue goes away.

I would advise going down the tag manager route then.
