I have installed your plugin in a mock up site for testing. But I haven’t tried it yet. So far no errors in the wordpress Dashboard.

Can you please help me with

1. The meta names as column name as I am not very familiar with all of them.
2. Also can I export the users table from phpmyadmin and maybe use the column name for the csv file ?
3. Would the password field remain unchanged even if I modify the csv file exported from phpmyadmin for the wordpress user table. and re-save it in excel ?
4. I just need to know that if I changed the 1st and 2nd column to suit username in the 1st column and email for the 2nd column, the passwords would still be recognized by wordpress in the migrating target site for the users.

I tested. With a few errors. No.. as much as there are errors I wont try

Can you paste the errors here?

This is a time hole have to debug in this way… I would need a system with the problem available to debug directly there withou wasting so much time.

I haven’t tried the import yet. I will try the importing process as soon as I have a Duplicator backup downloaded.. and No errors on the “Import users from CSV” page of Import users from CSV with meta plugin.

I do my Reviews (of which I seldom do.. till needed) I badly need help here. You saying it’s BuddyPress fault ? For the changes.. Sorry .. if you can’t help me.. I wonder who can.

No. This is not a bad review. In fact, I appreciated your plugin as this is the closest thing I badly needed for the site I’m working on. And I need to import users from an old site to the new one. Don’t take it on the negative side sir and this is not a review in any way. I am just a plugin user asking support because of technical difficulties encountered using your plugin.

I appreciate your fast reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Buddypress and still the same issue stated in my first post.

I am not being negative and all.. just humbly asking for assistance.

Still the issue remains. Unsolved.
