I am adding to this thread since I have a similar problem. The problem is the staging site no longer shows up in the list of staging sites in the plugin, so I can’t just click delete. I can see the folder and database tables, but how do I reconnect them to the plugin so the site shows up in the list again?
Can I just delete the folder and database tables starting with wpstg0? I would prefer not to go that route if possible.
