Looks like there’s some confusion on your end which I would like to clarify.
1. The video description links to our website and not to the free version.
2. The free version description on WP.org lists out the Free and Paid features separately. It doesn’t mention the “Cart Widget” as a Free feature.

Since the video has no direct link to the free version hosted here on WP.org, I am not sure what led to the assumption that the video tutorial has a free feature.

Thanks for sharing the details and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems while using PowerPack.

It looks like there might be some issue due to PHP Memory Limit. Elementor Pro recommends 256M memory and while using a couple of addons, this requirement can go up. Can you try to increase the memory limit to 512M and see if that works?

You don’t need the Client ID and Access Token anymore. The widget can display 12 latest images directly by using the Instagram Username. Please make sure it’s a public profile.

I checked the site and I can see that the color changes when the button is tapped/clicked on the tablet and mobile devices.

Since tablet and mobile devices do not have any “hover” interaction, it’s not possible to display the hover color. It’s visible only when the button is clicked.

Thanks for sharing the details.
With dual-button module, the buttons get automatically stacked on mobile devices. We have set this as the default behavior because of the small screen size.
However, you can keep the buttons same size with the following CSS:

    display: inline-block;
