I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the plugin.
You have been a user for over a year with us and we value your feedback.We would love to help you in the best ways but without checking the site, we can’t fix an error that we are unable to replicate on our test server.
As I mentioned in the email, we can only try to make some guess or think of probable causes that aren’t foolproof methods of troubleshooting an error.
I hope you understand our limitations and we look forward to see you back with us.

I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. I know it can be frustrating when an update breaks the functionality.
We have released an update for this, please update to the latest version 1.2.9.1 and everything will be back to normal.
I would like to share some details about what went wrong. We updated PowerPack with some major performance improvements. With every update, we need to push our changes to WP.org SVN repo. All the code was well tested and completely functional. But, for some reason one of the directories didn’t get uploaded to SVN. Hence, it led to a broken website on your end.
We test the functionality before releasing it to the users. But, this time a technical glitch in our local system led to the trouble. We will be taking preventive measures to avoid such problems in the future.
Once again, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please update the plugin on your site.

I have just tested it locally and it works.There was a problem with 1.2.9 that led to critical error but we have fixed it 1.2.9.1. So, everything should work fine.

You can try to increase PHP memory limit.
The overall memory usage depends on how many plugins you have active on the site and the resources consumed by them.
Sometimes, there isn’t enough room left for a new plugin to be added or might be the server has low memory resources.Elementor recommends 256M https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements
