Ok I restored my backup through phpmyadmin… now all the posts are back (from the backup file) but I still can’t publish new posts! I tried to deactiavte ALL plugins, replaced the wp-admin ftp files, but still got the same annoying problem. what should I do? I can’t make new posts, my site’s visitors are really going down, please help me asap

No. I just did a re-install through wp dashboard.
where’s this problem came from?! what do I need to do to solve it?

I’ll have to do that tomorrow hehe… So what you mean I should just copy paste all my settings into a txt file or something?

But I did changed some setting in All In One SEO plugin that I have installed. But I thought of that and tried to even disable it but still got that Nothing Found error ??
