I am not a programmer or a developer, just a small business owner who can’t afford to pay someone to build her website! So I don’t exactly know what to do with the information you provided me with.

OMG! Thank you so much! I REMOVE the Recaptcha key in the integration part of Contact form 7. I didn’t realize the key would STILL be there, even after I deleted the recaptcha plugin.

The form now works.

BUT

I still have the problem that the success or failure message appear to be blank.

When the contact form isn’t sent successfully, there is a RED or Orange box that appears, but it looks empty. And when the contact form is sent successfully, an empty green box appear with nothing written in it…

It’s like the text in the box is WHITE and the background is also WHITE so you can’t see the text. If I highlight the inside of the box with my cursor, I can see that there is text in there.

Any idea how to fix that?

Hi, I have looked at the website from different devices and a few different browser over the past couple of days and the problem really seems resolved. You can close the ticket.

Thanks again for the very fast reply.

I have put the Javascript code:

At the top of the page as you instructed and it seems to have fixed the problem. I have tried on chrome, Opera, safari and so far it seems to have fixed the problem.

I will continue testing it for a few days before closing the ticket if that is ok?

The refresh is NOT THE PROBLEM, the refresh FIXES the problem… If you want to SEE the problem DO NOT REFRESH.

And as I said, I have DEACTIVATED ALL PLUGINS and I still have the problem.

Please do EXACTLY this:

1- Go to the site
2- Click on – Reservation – in the menu
(you will go to page where the BOOKING FORM is, the calendar will appear, no problem)
3- Click on – Prices – or ANY OTHER PAGE in the Menu
(you will go to a DIFFERENT page)
After you are on a DIFFERENT page:
4- Click on – Reservation – in the menu again to RETURN to the BOOKING FORM PAGE

The Booking Form will NOT APPEAR and you will see the Error Message…

I have this problem when I am Logged in WordPress AND when I am NOT.
I have the problem with Opera, Chrome & Safari.

Hi @bodybyloud,

In my case the problem comes from a Javascript error in my theme that is also causing a bunch of other plugins not to appear properly and some other problems on my site… The Facebook Widget plugin per say is not the cause so I am trying to get my theme support to fix the problem, but of course they are useless, so I am nowhere so far…

Thank you for getting back to me quickly…

Unfortunately, I don’t understand a word you are saying ?? as I am not a programmer and do not know code… I am a simple small business owner who built herself a website using all the tools available for dummies like me (i.e. wordpress theme and plugins made by people like you).

When you say “something is wrong with configurations of my widget” all I can tell you is all I did was:
– Install the plugin through wordpress panel & Activate it
– Go in to the “Widget” section
– Put your widget in my footer
– Put the link to MY facebook page in there

I didn’t touch anything else… and the plugin is not showing… I didn’t assume it was because of WordPress 5.1, I just provided you that information in case it was relevant ??

Can you help figure out what the problem is?

Since I am not a programmer, I would really appreciate a bit more help here…

When I downloaded the plugin it was after seeing the demo and that is what I wanted… now what I have is not even close to that… I don’t have the thumbnails at the bottom during the slideshow, I don’t have the option to comment on the photos, I don’t have the full screen option, etc… If those are options only available for the pro version I would like to know, otherwise it would be nice to be able to reproduce the demo without having to hire a programmer.
