How to upload square images to the catalog

  • Hi there!
    Guys, I always run into this problem with the catalog images on my ads: they rather get cut or framed automaticaly by FB, and both options look terrible on the ad itself.
    So, I was wondering if there is a way to update the information on the catalog EXCEPT FOR THE IMAGES. Because if I replace the images from the website for square images, eventually they will get updated anyway.
    I hope you can help on this.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately our plugin cannot resize images for you, it just grabs the images that are being used in your WooCommerce store. I do think though that Facebook has some resizing and cropping features itself, see: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/923747721335004

    I know it can’t, my question is: can I keep my catalog updated without updating the images? Because, if I replace them with square images, they will change again as soon as the catalog gets updated.
