Steven, just awesome.
It worked.
Even so I did enter it correctly in the WP text area, however, the drag-and-drop builder must have placed it around with the h2.
Therefore it was not visible immediately.
I used that page for the tryout only, and will use now your program on the main site to fight scam opportunities.

Just upgraded all my sites to 3.7.1 and work perfect again. Captcha all OK. thanks for quick help here.

Same problem since update 3.7
Research FActs:
1. I have it installed on 14 websites with 6 different themes from 4 different sources
2. All 3.6 work perfect
3. Some 3.7 activated 404 dedection, some not – same results no captcha
4. Disabled individually each settings, logged out, cleared cache, went to login page and no captcha form.
5. Several updated sites, I did not change any enable/disable settings, only updated, and captcha disappeared
6. Since I am using it on several themes, with same plugins on all my sites and 3.6 works perfectly, must be a coding bug in your update.
Maybe you could copy the 3.6 version as 3.7.1 or so update which would all of us restore the previous settings with one update click and then figure out where the little Martian creeped in. would reduce workload and needed responses here too for you and us. thanks
