We are sorry you had issues with Pure Chat on your website. If you uninstalled the plugin and still see the chat box on your website, the only way for it to still appear is if you have added the code snippet to your code manually. Once you have that gone and your plugin is uninstalled, the chat box will be gone. Feel free to chat with us again on purechat.com if you continue to struggle getting Pure Chat off your site.

You can use 30 chats per month, and each month the 30 reset ?? For unlimited chats and widgets it’s $5/mo.

When you are logged into the Pure Chat dashboard, under your profile settings are options for audible notifications in the browser ??

Also, you can setup SMS notifications and/or use the mobile app, which will receive push notifications when you have a new chat.

Hi vinciandres, it sure is! Simply login to your dashboard (https://app.purechat.com/user/dashboard) and select “Chat Widgets” then the widget you wish to customize. Under the “Collapsed” tab, change the “Chat with us!” to whatever you’d like.

Hi Matt! You can email [email protected] and we’ll take a look. Most likely there is a styling issue where something on the site is overriding one of Pure Chat’s styles. It should be a quick fix.
