Ok I’m very lost, I want to put a short movie in my post, and I think I have installed the plugin, but I don’t know how to insert the file into my post so that I can test it to see if it is working. I can insert images is it the same?? sorry its probably a very basic question but I am a real beginner here.

Thanks, for checking it out for me ?? yeah I tried to keep the images small etc so it would load nice and fast. Heh that post is funny and I think its true – it fits most of the guys I know anyway :P.

I don’t know what the problem is, I personally think it is probably something to do with their computers, can you turn of support for php or something in your security settings?? I figured wordpress was built well and I’ve only fiddled with cosmetic settings so it should be loading ok. but they can’t get it to load and I don’t know enough to suggest anything to fix it.
