we do not have an a yootheme under services.

we also had both yootheme and themes folders set up in the whitelist list – but it seems that adding one with just “yootheme” there did the trick.

it’s a wordpress theme, not a plugin, the customizer is the part that handles the pagebuilder and other settings – one thing to mention: we have a soundcloud iframe in home page, and the customizer opens on the homepage by default; could it be that complianz is blocking the script from loading because the page itself is blocked?

The error the client receives is a generic “Unknown error” on paypal, after logging in apart from missing the capture – there doesn’t seem to be any error on the server side (according to paypal support).

We deactivated it since it’s a problem for users that try to use it and get an error message.

That’s what paypal support told us when we sent them logs and debug ID (so i assume they also checked on their end). We can send you logs from the latest test we did or turn it on for a short time when you tell us you can test it (so we minimize the risk of a client using it).

Hi, sorry for the delay, august is always a mess and stuff always ends up on the backburner.

I found out which plugin is the reason yours is not “working correctly”: it’s https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-role-based-prices/ .
The plugin already re-writes the way woocommerce displays the price, which makes your plugin fail to find the original price to del.

edit: our client stopped using the role based prices, so we decided to remove it and fix the issue – we will probably do open a ticket on yith to point out that their way of doing things breaks compatibility with other plugins (i assume yours is not the only one that breaks).

We actually tested with the same theme on another site and it works there (theme is yootheme pro)

Hi, i created a staging website: turning off wpml woocommerce and/or wpml cms doesn’t seem to fix the issue.

It took me another month, but i can confirm this fixed the problem – i cleared the cookies table, removed the mu-plugin and rescanned – everything seems to be working now.
