If you create a custom template with nothing in it, is it still show 404?
If not, then can you share the content code of your custom template that show 404?

It seems to be ridirection issue.
Can you give us your .htaccess settings and permalink setting?

We found what caused “Load More” not working.
To fix load more you need to add “Items Per Load”.
We can’t replicate the issue for the Lightbox issue.
