I can’t access the link you provided because it is require authentication.
If you create a custom template with nothing in it, is it still show 404?
If not, then can you share the content code of your custom template that show 404?
About my previous answer, why I think there is an issue in redirection is because this link https://dmcollab.in/gutenverse.com/demo?name=intrace it should be https://gutenverse.com/demo?name=intrace.

It seems to be ridirection issue.
Can you give us your .htaccess settings and permalink setting?

We found what caused “Load More” not working.
To fix load more you need to add “Items Per Load”.
We can’t replicate the issue for the Lightbox issue.
Can you tell us what your gallery settings are?
Try changing your “Zoom Setting” to another setting, and check if it works or not.

Try upgrade your PHP Time Limit.
The recommended value is more than 3000.
But you only have 30. And upgrade other settings as well within the recommended setting.
