Hello @adamlowewrites,
I need to replicate the problem in my local to help you identify the cause.
To replicate the problem I need :
1. Your Gutenverse System Status,
2. The shortcode that you use,
3. The step on how to use the shortcode,If you use the shortcode provided by woocommerce, then you might want to check the page/template that have the shortcode. I think they are using Gutenberg block now.
Hi @aridan0328,
Post Content Element is the element that will be used as a placeholder for the post content.
So when we access a blog that uses a “Single Post Template” that has Post Content, the Post Content of the template will be replaced by the content of the post.
I need you to change the Post Content because I think there might be a bug in the Post Content Element or the saved data of “Single Post Template.Hi @aridan0328,
Here is an article that might help you to display the error log.
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-find-and-access-wordpress-error-logs-step-by-step/.
Have you tried editing your “Simple Post Template” ?
Try changing the Post Content with Post Content from WordPress if you are using Post Content from Gutenverse.
Or if you are using Post Content from WordPress, try changing it to Post Content.- This reply was modified 3 months, 1 week ago by putra1arya.
Hello @aridan0328,
Can you provide us with your Gutenverse System Status?
Try deactivating your plugins one by one, it might be because a plugin have a conflict with gutenverse pro.
And try checking your wordpress error log.- This reply was modified 3 months, 1 week ago by putra1arya.
Hello @asuccurro,
Can you provide us with your Gutenverse System Status?
Have you updated your theme to the latest version?Yes, but we don’t have that feature yet.
The Email Reply will change the email in reply to the one you set on the setting. But it cannot be set dinamicly, which mean it cannot change the email based on the customer that submit the form.
But we will add your suggestion to our feature request list.Hello @filipshoplet,
Did you mean when you get the notification, your website will send reply automaticly to user?
If so, then our form can’t do that.
Our form can only send notifications to your admin when the user submits the form.
That means our form can only get to your step 2, for step 3 you need to do it manually.
And for Email Reply, it only changes the email you want to send the reply to. The email will be static, it only adds the email that you assign there for the reply email. If you want to reply to your customer then you need to change it manually when you replying the email.- This reply was modified 3 months, 4 weeks ago by putra1arya.
Hello @txirrindulari24,
If your goal is to add icons to our icon library, updating fontawesome will not automatically add the icon to the icon library.
They are other process in gutenverse to add icon to the icon library.
And there is currently no way to add a custom icon to the icon library. However, we have already added that to our list of feature requests. You’re welcome.
If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Hello @bruciie,
The image is not in the spacer but in the column that wraps around the spacer. You can change it by changing the background of the column wrapper.Hello @quaddamager,
Our plugin doesn’t have a feature to add a flag icon yet. But we have already added your input to our feature request list.
For a quick solution, if you want to add the icon to your nav bar you can use a custom link in Appearance > Menu > Custom Links. But you need an svg code of the icon you want to use.
You can get svg flag pretty easy if you search on google. But here the link : https://nucleoapp.com/svg-flag-icons
Next when you already have the svg code, just copy it to “Link Text” inside the Custom Link form and add your url.Hello @gatigos,
You can switch to using the WordPress form by replacing the Post-Content block in your template with the Post-Content block from WordPress instead of using the Gutenverse Post-Content block.- This reply was modified 4 months, 1 week ago by putra1arya.
