Yes, I see…The manual update is last resort and so I just wanted to make sure that what I had tried previously was correct.

I opened my site on via Site Manager on FileZilla and renamed both the plugins and themes folder and that should have fixed the problem if it were a plugins or theme issue, correct?

OK, so just to clarify, in FileZilla, all I have to do is open my site in the Site Manager and then find the file and rename it, right? This is what I did with both the plugins and theme.

OK, I found the folder and renamed it “Chameleon.hold”, but nothing has changed. The site still comes up as blank white pages.

Any further thoughts?

Yes, I don’t think any of this can help me because I have no access to my admin panel. I have no way to log into my WordPress site.
