Hello @gabyimagely
I have changed some of the configs as of the list you linked:
PHP version 7.3 or greater – 7.3.9 Currently installed
MySQL version 5.6 or greater – Currently installed is MariaDB 10.1
HTTPS support – Check
The mod_rewrite Apache module – CheckConfirm with your hosting provider that you have set in your installed php.ini file:
PHP Safe Mode turned OFF – Check
At least 250MB memory allowed – Check
30MB or larger upload limit – Check
30MB or larger post limit – CheckOther settings to check:
755 permissions set on /wp-content directory. If your hosting environment requires higher than 755, you risk being vulnerable to hackers. This is a sign of a less supportive web host for WordPress. You should NEVER have to go as high as 777 – Check
GD Library enabled and activated on your hosting account – CheckMoreover, after I changed the settings to match the required ones I disabled all plugins but NextGen as always, switched template to TwentyNineteen and did the usual test again, no luck.
Apart from MariaDB instead of MySQL, I cannot see any differences between the required configs and the ones I got ATM.
Shall I go on and report a bug on imagely.com/report-bug ?
Thanks again for your support
PeppeHello @gabyimagely
as from your list:
1 – I deactivated all plugins, one by one, in order to check if any of the installed plugins were conflicting, no luck, the problem persisted even with just NextGen activated – P.S. all installed plugins are usually active
2 – I tried changing with TwentyNineteen theme while only NextGen was active and still the problem persisted in the same way.
While doing the test Web Console on firefox is thowing warnings about onmozfullscreenchange and onmozfullscreenerror as being deprecated
Is there any other test I could run?
Thanks againPeppe
