I had similar issue with contact form 7 plugin, version 5.4. Emails sent as login and unlogin users, but unlogin users didn′t get confirm notes about sending their messages.
Emails was sending in both cases correctly. Now after roll back to version 5.3.2 everything working well. Thanks for advice.

Thank you for your answer, but error was on my database side. After recovery my database everything working right. I have solved it with my webhosting provider.

I have the same issue. I looked in wp-admin/option.php and I have not any options what you wrote above. I looked also to database this website and there is not table with name actionscheduler.

I just found more questions (last was 5 day ago) about problem with showing and choosing PDF files in media manager. Therefore I would like ask you WHEN will be released update with working uploading PDF files.

I undestand, but with using PDF viewer I used URL address to PDF file, which is loaded in media files, but with using PDFjs viewer is in setting option to choose PDF and bellow is only possibility load only image file. How can I add with using PDFjs Viewer URL to my PDF file? Thanks for your advice.

OK I will try it. But I choose your plugin therefore it can be used with Elementor. I use Elementor as main editor on my websites.
