Managed to have it working by changing the function checking woocommerce presence

is_woocommerce()

to

class_exists( ‘WooCommerce’ )

Here is the log that is shown when attempting to activate it in recovery mode:

3 weeks and no reply. Big fan of YIThemes otherwise, but would really appreciate a follow up…

I keep the plugin disabled, so please reply once you check it out to disable it or to work around the issue.
