I found the problem! I’m using an SMTP plugin and the customer had changed his email password!

Fyi, now I notice the form doesn’t send even when not using the Mail 2 option. There are no errors showing.

For your information, after much testing I discovered that Version 1.9 works. Each version after this will not allow news item updates to “save” or add new news items. And the scroller doesn’t work on later versions than 1.9.

My issue was marked “Resolved” but it was never resolved. I just gave up and moved on to a different plugin.

I have read the Subscribers not receiving emails several times before contacting you so I wouldn’t waste your time. I have followed those procedures.

I set up a cron job in cPanel using curl and confirmed it with the hosting company.

I get notice that the emails are sent, but report still states they are “In Queue”.

The update fixed it. Thank you.

I have two questions:
1) I’m having trouble with commodities indexes. Gold (GC), Silver (SI), and Oil (CO) do not show up.
2) I don’t understand how to use the short codes. The settings page for the plugin override the short codes, so there doesn’t seem to be a way to use various charts for with various symbols.

I found the problem. PHP on my server needed to updated.

I updated the theme and changed back to the parent theme. I have 5 slides, the maximum allowed, and the navigation shows 10.

The featured image in this theme doesn’t work. Images have to be embedded in the actual post.

I see that the featured image shows up in the ‘category’ archives, but not the actual post.

I re-installed the theme and it still does not shoe the featured image in the posts.
