In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Can I use on an Elementor site?Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply so quickly. Turns out it was user error! I hadn’t accepted the auto update, which is what validates the plugin to use on the site. I’ve signed up for the 14 trial, as I need the functionality, and am creating a demo for my customer to see.

In reply to: [Display Eventbrite Events] Can I use on an Elementor site?Hi, do I need to have the pro version of your plugin to get it to work? I have selected “widget” to try the free version, I paste the short code and it says
“no events found”. I try the other layouts and I get the admin message to say I only have the free version. It is the same if I try the demo data, or use my own private token.I’ve used the shortcode Element, and tried many of the shortcodes generated.
Thanks

In reply to: [Attesa] Padding on mobile menuThank you, I added your code, I also changed the existing header code to read this:
@media all and (min-width: 1025px) {
header.site-header:not(.menuMinor) .main-navigation >div >ul >li:not(.attesaMenuButton) >a {
color: #18278C;
padding-top: 90px;
}And it works now! The code I had already added was counteracting the new snippet, but all looks good now.
Thanks for the help.

In reply to: [Attesa] Padding on mobile menuHi, thanks for the quick reply, the mobile and tablet menu still have 90px padding unfortunately, I think this bit of extra CSS I added to make the top menu have 90px is also being used on the mobile/tablet menu, I added your code below it:
header.site-header:not(.menuMinor) .main-navigation >div >ul >li:not(.attesaMenuButton) >a {
color: #18278C;
padding-top: 90px;
}@media all and (max-width: 1025px) {
header.site-header:not(.menuMinor) .main-navigation >div >ul >li:not(.attesaMenuButton) >a {
padding-top: 10px;

In reply to: [LDD Directory Lite] Registration not working for new users or current usersSorry, my post should have said, nothing happens if you click on Register when trying to submit a listing.

In reply to: [LDD Directory Lite] Registration not working for new users or current usersHi, I also have this issue, I’ve allowed anyone to register, but if you click on “submit listing” and then register, nothing happens.
Is there a fix at all?
Hi, thanks for the files, I’ve uploaded the new one, and re-activated.
I discovered yesterday that the messages marked as “sent” haven’t been arriving with members, as I did a test sign up myself yesterday, and did not receive the welcome email. I’ve just resent the message from the mail log, and received it this time, but still shows with html mark up.
Any more ideas?
hi exactly which folder would I upload the file to please?
If I could get your email address I could resend the message to you from the mail log so you see what was received.
thanks
Thank you, much appreciated.
yes that is the plugin we use
if I view the message in the mail log it shows as html, but the message I received in my hotmail account shows the html markup code, not the formatted message.
They are emails sent out from the website to members, from the plugin Paid Member Subscriptions, an add on called email reminders.
