In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom] The zoom box stuckedTo advoid lowering the conversion rate of our site, we switched back to the original lightbox design, but we keep the zooming feature in our staging site, and the link to the same product is at https://garyzhang.staging.wpengine.com/products/hv-fm210bt-bluetooth-fm-transmitter/
Good to know that the problem is being solved. I just wanted to say that changing the customer location is not the solution, because the button will show up no matter where the customers came from and what options they have chosen, and as long as the button shows up, customers can skip entering shipping address and pay without shipping charges. https://tinypic.com/r/1zwhit1/9 This is how it looks when I choose No location by default.
So this goes back to my original request. Before an official solution in place, my idea to solve it is to hide/show the button based on shipping classes. I just hope that someone could help me to hide the button using php, as I am not familiar with php.
Hi Phil,
Thank you for your reply. I installed the master version, but it seems like the problem is still not solved. The checkout button still showing in the cart page, even for visitors who come from a country we don’t sell to, and if they click the button, they will start paying for the products on Paypal without restriction, not to mention the absence of shipping charges. Here’s a screenshot of how it looks https://tinypic.com/r/e25j8/9

Thank you for finding out the cause, and I look forwards to the next plugin update.

Hi Thomas,
1. I have found the extra fb pixel code and deleted it, and there should be only one pixel left now. Thank you for this.
2. I have added sku to all available products, so the product you mentioned also has sku. And I have checked Use SKU instead of ID. However, there are two kinds of sku for variable products: the one in the inventory tab and the one(s) in the variations tab, and I only filled the inventory sku (it is S050013A03). To verify whether we need to fill variation sku as well, I filled the variation skus with random numbers (S050013A0301 and S050013A0302), but none of the inventory sku and variation skus showing up in the Facebook pixel helper, instead it still showing the post id.I’d love to, but how can I send it to you privately?
I deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but the weird thing is I don’t get notice at all in dashboard or anywhere else. The only notice I got is the clear cache notice from W3 total cache, which I got every time I activate or deactivate plugins. So what can I do?
Thanks for your reply. I didn’t find the synchronize option in WooDiscuz setting page or Phrase page, and I did not receiving notice, perhaps I disabled it after activating the plugin, so is there any other way to synchronize?
Hi Thomas,
Sorry about that, there’s a problem with our site, and the problem is gone now. Please feel free to visit again.
