The popups were on a service page. I created and actual normal page and the popups are now working as they should. It was as if the service pages were causign any popup I used to block the javascript below the form. Putting everything on a Page seems to have sorted this out.

The forms are feeding through to the crm if I go into the editor – choose Backend Editor so edits in WP Bakery. If I switch from Classic mode to Backend Mode – I see it creates a Contact Form 7 Module I remove that and insert a Text Box – in text mode I add my CF7 shortcode and javascript and it works. However the form is now out of bounds and overlaps the popup. I did the to the parking form on https://test.in-case.co.za/service/storage-solutions-3/

On https://in-case.co.za/service/storage-solutions-3/ I have set up the popups again via the CSS Class. All 4 popups are set up the same – but only the covered parking form is submitting to our CRM. I have disable our caching plugins as well.

Once a form is submitted – javascript is executed that sends the form submissions to our CRM.

Its not showing any button – not sure where I set that. I used the CSS Class previously. I also noticed my javascvript is not firing that feeds my contact form 7 submission to our CRM.

DEBUG MODE has been activated as well.

Thank you for your response. I’ve disabled the plugin, but the issue still persists. I believe it might be theme related.

The subject and sender is showing correctly not. Thanks for that. It’s just the text in the message body shows the following:

Hello [your-name] [your-surname], Please see the info pack for [files] that you requested attached to this mail.

I’ve also tried [requesting_name] as your plugin suggested. Could the problem be that Name and Surname are seperate fields? If it’s too much effort, then I’ll just change the scripting. You’ve already helped me so much, I really appreciate your advice.

My requests are getting shorter, I’m figuring out most of the things. I want to make the Email subject the name of the file. Currently I have “Your [files] infopack is here.”

Then I also want the From to show the company or File name. It now shows WordPress

Hi Rafael, I tested the link yes, but it only went to a blank page after submission. There was also no place to choose an option for what I want to download. I also got no return mails. Was I supposed to? I have however set up the wordpress plugin Email-before-Download and i’m achieving the results I was looking for. I just need to fine tune the CSS to fit in with my look. Thank you for the comments and all your effort.
