I’m using dropdowns as per the title!

I have just reset you up on the site.
I do not know how to change the option for the dropdown in ACF or the Frontend.

Yes, CPT UI. Ifyou chnage the Family LOcation field on the back end of a Nomination, the taxonomy changes outside of it’s hierarchy.

SO maybe it’s CPT UI or ACF itself.

I think this is ACF and not your plugin, unless you are modifying ACF. If you change the family location on the backend it shows the taxonomy out of the hierarchy so I can’t see it’s your problem.

You should have login details now

As I said, this is the only taxonomy with parent child structure.
