Yes, it does work now. I ended up fixing the issue. I accidentally used full quality jpg pictures. It worked after converting them to webp. So it would let me see the site because it just had the full quality images cached, but on another browser or computer, it would just take way too long to load. Hope this can help someone else out in the future.
