Well the comments box is showing under the Donate button in the given URL.
For EU region, users need to login to Facebook to see the comments. Other than EU can see comments box without login to Facebook but to post comments, they need to login to Facebook.

Did you check with login to Facebook? Or without login to Facebook?
If issues still exists, please let us know to check your site in detail as your site has some restrictions like right click is not enable.

You need to enter WooSocio login page URL in your Facebook App’s Valid OAuth Redirect URIs. And your Domain in App settings.

Here are the steps.
1. Go to the WordPress main menu.
2. Click on WooSocio
3. Copy the URL from browser URL.
4. Use this in your Facebook App.

For this plugin, you need nothing to do with your Facebook App. The change of token will not affect any functionality of this plugin.
As you can see, all avatars are there for comments.

By default, it gets the user who logged in like in Chrome and Edge. But in Opera or any browser having any popup blocker or ad blocker installed, may not let it.
