    Your process of making App is completed successfully with this message and redirect URL has been put at right place.

    This message means that your Facebook App is live but not approved by Facebook review process. You need to submit your App for review to be eligible to use.

    Meanwhile if you want to test your App then change your App status from ‘Live’ into ‘Development mode’ and then this message will not appear. But posts posted to page will be visible to you (admin) only while your App is dev mode.

    Hi,

    Stuck at plugin login page or Instagram App? If at plugins login page then its not a ban. Instagram just not verifying your new location as your web server. Instagram App should not affect with this.

    About password, it stores at your site. And sent to Instagram every time with login request just like Instagram App. So its between your site (web server) and Instagram directly. No third party service involved in between.

    In short, the plugin is an alternate to Instagram App. That’s why Instagram needs to confirm that if you are logged in from two different devices.

    Hi,

    You need to enter WooSocio login page URL in your Facebook App’s Valid OAuth Redirect URIs.

    Here are the steps.
    1. Go to WordPress main menu.
    2. Click on WooSocio
    3. Copy the URL from browser URL.
    4. Copy it in your Facebook App.

    That’s it. There is another option to use our own Facebook App. You can use it by clicking first button “Connect with WooSocio”.

    Hi,

    Can you please check if your web server has the following PHP libs installed?
    ‘Exif’, ‘cURL’, ‘gd’ and ‘mbstring’
    You may also receive an email about the error from WordPress in site admin email inbox. That will have the actual issue description about the site issue. Please check and let us know about it to help you.

    Hi,

    Yes sometimes Instagram accounts may face this issue. Actually you are login from your web server through the plugin and your Web Server location maybe different from your routine Instagram login location. That’s why Instagram may show ‘Challenge require’ message to some users.

    Well this is Instagram security and it all depends on your login history. If you keep login from a specific location for most of the time and suddenly?change your location with a new device, Instagram may trigger it as wrong login and may show this warning. Its same like you change your mobile device.

    To resolve this, you need to login to your Instagram account via the official website or your mobile device. You will see ‘unusual login attempt’ warning there.
    The area which is showing unusual login attempt is your Web Server location.
    You need to keep pressing ‘This was me’ until Instagram accepts your new login location. Nowadays its taking more time to proof new location due to tight security from Instagram. But sooner or later, Instagram will accept it. You may try with a break. Like a day or two and keep repeating it. But don’t try continuously. In some cases, keeping logout from your account from all devices for few days and then try to login through plugin will also be an effective way to connect.

    Or you can try by logout from every device, then use any vpn like browsec or hotspot shield and set location of your web server (The area which is showing unusual login attempt is your Web Server location.) Now login from official website of Instagram, logout and wait few hours. Then try login from plugin. That may work.

    But please note that these all are tricks and still its up to Instagram security if it satisfy or not.

    Another option is to use PROXY for your region to avoid any location change. Proxy option is available at plugin’s login page.

    Just for information, if you create a new Instagram account, it will have no location issue and you will connect immediately.

    Are you using proxy? Please check proxy format. Especially host name.
    If you are using IP instead of Host then check if you are missing any dot.

    Please delete your login sessions and try to login again from version 1.6

    You can download it from here. Not released yet. That’s why you have to manually download and install. It has the option to delete login sessions along with many other features.

    You can select option, save settings, deactivate the plugin, activate it again and all login sessions will be deleted.

    Hi,

    We checked your link with login and without login. Box appearing in both ways.
    We checked with Edge, Chrome and Opera. Working fine in all three browsers.
    Which browser you are using? Or can you provide a different link where it also have issues?

    Well there is no known conflict with WordPress 5.4 but we are checking this.
    This looks Instagram not accepting your Web Server’s IP address. Did anyone tried with different web servers?
    Please try deleting old login sessions and connect again. Deleting login sessions option is available in v1.6
