Thanks alchymyth, yet I already have created a child theme and I am working within that. I have also managed to edit the overall menu within my child theme, just not individual items. I am working with the “access” menu that comes with Twenty-eleven as opposed to creating a new menu. Does that make a difference?
The only class I get is for instance {li class=”current_page_item”}
Should I call that in my stylesheet to edit it?
