Hello @markwiseone,
Thanks for reaching out!
OT appears to be having an issues with the new Gutenberg editor that is now the default editor for WordPress 5.0.1. Installing and activating the Classic Editor plugin will solve that issue for you while our programmers are working on a compatibility update.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] programmatically add eat to cartHello @jerrygapinkski,
Thanks for reaching out!
Great question, but at this time, there is not a function in OTCE that can do this.
Short answer is because of the way the reservation system is set up, the ticket product itself has no meaning without being tied to an actual event. Ticket products can also be connected to multiple events, so while the tickets are Woo products, they do not behave like standard Woo products.
We will see if we can consider this in a future update.
If there is anything else we can assist you with, please let us know! Thank you!
Hello Michael(@mide666),
Thank you for reaching out!
When you choose an event area for your event, the ticket capacity will be the same for all the events tied to this area. If you change the capacity of the event area, it will change the ticket capacity for ALL the events.
To change the ticket capacity for ONE event, you will need to create a new event area with the different capacity.
I shot this quick video to show how you can create the new event area here:

Thank you for reaching out!
You hosting company allocates a default amount of memory to your site in order to run multiple applications efficiently. When your WordPress code requires more memory than the default allocated memory, you see this fatal error.
Check with your hosting company to see is they will adjust the allocated memory for you or if you have the ability to do this yourself.
Once the allocated memory is adjusted you should no longer see the error when you activate OpenTickets.
If you have any additional questions about this concern, please contact us at [email protected]
Hello @parkmarker,
Thank you for reaching out!
Unfortunately, at this time, having the event automatically remove itself from the Display Options list when all the tickets are sold is outside of OpenTickets functionality. We will keep this in mind for a future update.
However, since OpenTickets is an open source software, you may make changes the code to attain your desired effect. Please be advised that changing the code is at your own risk and any changes you make to the code may or may not be compatible with any future updates to OpenTickets.
If you have any additional questions concerning this issue, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
Thank you!

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Adding Attendees from the back endHello @jennybetha,
The only way to see an Attendee on the Attendee report is if a ticket has been purchased and then had been checked in. There is no other way using OpenTickets to log attendees at this time.
If you have any additional questions, concerns, or need clarifications with this issue, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Thank you!

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Selling extras alongside ticketsHi, what it sounds like you are trying to accomplish is basically selling an attached physical product along with your event tickets. So if someone buys 4 tickets they can also have the option of purchasing a physical type product along with their tickets.
Basically you are going to use Grouped product on the Product Pages that will be linked to your assigned ticket/event. This product will not be a ticket so you will not need to check the ticket box at the top of the section. You may want to consider using the bypass process box however this will totoally be your choice. You can follow the woocommerce instructions for grouping products however I believe this is what your are trying to accomplish however if it is not please let us know. Thank you.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Font sizeHi this could be due to the theme you are using. All Opentickets text settings comes from your WP theme text settings. However the other alternative will be to change it within the code since Opentickets is an open source software. Thank you and let know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Font sizeHey Georges,
Font changes and sizes are done within the site main or child theme area. As for OpenTickets, from the Dashboard, you can go to OpenTickets > Settings > Frontend > Styles & Colors and change a variety of options through that. Please let us know if this helped and if you have any further questions regarding your issue.
