The site says to point my browser straight to the page, is that not correct?

I droped the file into my site:

/blog/wp-admin/batch-categories.php

But when I go there, all I see is the php code

I am a newbie to PHP, so I would appreciate your patience. I don’t see the missing quote…can you point it out for me. I also tried copying the default theme search_form.php code into my current theme search_form.php with no effect. Am I looking at the wrong code?

I get the error” 001 Read timed out “. It works up to 2%, then hangs for 10-15min, then I get the error . I have tried at work and at home, so I don’t think it is a connection issue.

I am having the same issue. I get to 2%, and it stays there for a half hour, then times out. I have run it 8 times so far, and this is day 2
