Shortcode Ultimate plugin doesn't work in my own custom theme.

  • I’ve made my own theme for my website and I want to use tabs using the plugin Shortcodes Ultimate. The trouble is the plugin isn’t working with my theme but it works with default themes like TwentyTen.
    I have included both the wp_head() and wp_footer() hooks but still it doesn’t work. What is the problem? Why won’t the plugin work with my theme?
