I forgot to mention, when I was working on this in a while ago, I could access wordpress through my public ip on a diffrent network but once I left the homepage I would get a 404 error. If I tried this on my home network 99.47.205.48 would go to 192.168.1.215/whatever.

Now it looks like if I make a change to the a and cmake records I can connect to https://www.quantumpie.net once but the second time it does not work.

It does not work, “Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to https://www.quantumpie.net”.

I just removed wordpress from my www/html folder and replaced it with a basic file that says hello world. Now when I go to https://www.quantumpie.net on my local network and phone it works. Do you have any idea of why it is not working with WordPress?

I don’t know how to do either of those things.

I changed both of them to https://quantumpie.net and I can’t connect at all

It is, I am assuming all I need to do now is change the WordPress Address and Site URL in the general settings (it is currently my Pi’s ip) But I don’t know if I should change it to my public ip or quantumpie.net.

The pi’s ip address is 192.168.1.215 and I have it port forwarded to 80

Should I change the WordPress Address and Site URL under general settings to my public ip or quantumpie.net?

I have it set to

host-record-priority-data
www-cname-n/a-quantumpie.net
@-a-n/a-(my public ip)

But when I try to connect to https://www.quantumpie.net it says “Oops! Google Chrome could not find https://www.quantumpie.net”.
