Nevermind, I see those fields are from a different plugin (Yoast) and they have their own API.

Solved it – you have to pass the Content-Type: application/json header.

One wonders why this WordPress page has multiple cURL examples with no headers…

Also no need to nest title & content in “raw” – I had that right the first time (didn’t try to see if it works both ways).

Note: I am getting response code 200 and a record IS being created – it’s just missing all the data I passed in…

I’m going to try adding a content-type header and I’ll try setting just one field at a time on the existing record…

Updated the JSON adding “raw” under content & title but still getting the same result.
