I disconnected everything as you instructed.
Going back to the configuration, it asks me to log in to www.ads-software.com and approve the site, I do it but it gets an error

can you tell me, where is the table where you storage the number of the pending request?

And how can I clear, after the my tests, the data of your table?

I have seen that there are this table:
bp_notifications
bp_notifications_meta

and the user are storage in
signups

Can you explain me, which are your data?

P.s. Now only the pending request is sent in plain/text!

All emails are falling and are send in plain text mode and not in html.
