Hi again! Thanks for reporting this. We don’t have a matching issue and attempting to replicate, we’re not seeing the same thing as you are. We may just be misunderstanding how to replicate. Could you please reach out to us, at your convenience, in our primary Ninja Forms Support? We’re a lot better suited to troubleshooting there and would like to help figure this out!
Marc – sure thing! You’ll need the Conditional Logic add-on. With that installed:
- pop a checkbox list or similar field asking your guests to choose which payment option they prefer
- add a logic statement to the Sepa action and PayPal action, telling each to trigger only if the appropriate checkbox list item has been selected by the guest
That’s all there is to it ??
Drake – thanks for the report! We have an open issue for this in our Github. I just added your report there. Sorry not to be able to offer much more than that right this minute, but much appreciate you taking the time to report ??
Gotcha – sorry for the misunderstanding. I ran this by one of our devs, and it’s unfortunately fairly complex to explain via message post. While custom coding with the plugin is outside the scope of support we’re able to offer, I can offer a couple suggestions.
We have a developer-centric Slack community that, while our own devs are not active there, is a great place to connect with other users of Ninja Forms that tinker with the plugin to make it do custom things. You might be able to find answers there.
Codeable.io also has a good many developers with tons of experience working with Ninja Forms. If you wanted to go that route, it’s highly likely that you can find someone to help with this there.
Hi! So sorry for the long response time here. In the future, you can always reach out to us?in support here?for much faster response times and more effective troubleshooting.
Talking with one of our devs, it’s possible to do this but we didn’t document it because “it can have all kinds of weird side-effects unless you’re really careful.”
If this is still something you’re sorting out, I can ask specific questions of them if you have any, but I can’t promise that we’ll be able to help if it’s something that’s tangled in other things, so to speak.
Hi! So sorry for the long response time here. Hoping you’ve already found and reached out to us?in support here, but if not please do. We can help you troubleshoot what you’re describing much more effectively there. It’s very likely that we’ll need to reproduce this to troubleshoot, and those are details best not shared here ??
loopkarolina – hi! Could you drop us a line?in our official support here, please? Since you’re unable to reproduce consistently, it’s likely that we’ll need to take a first hand look and try to replicate ourselves. It’s also likely that we’ll need to share credentials to do so, and cannot do that here. Thank you and sorry for the aggravation!
sansolo, thanks for catching this. The custom action should still be present when developer mode is activated in settings, but I’m seeing that it’s not. Will get this on the team’s radar and see what we can do about it in a future update. So sorry for the aggravation.

One way or the other, I’ll let our team know you spotted this so that they can look into it, but it could still help track down the why here if we have a better line of communication ??

This is on our roadmap for the Advanced Datepicker add-on, but currently you can only choose a specific date/time range. It won’t check to see the current date and block off anything prior to that at this time.

I’d like to be able to answer now, but it looks like whatever was intended to be included after your question didn’t get submitted along with your original post.
