Unfortunately what you suggest limits the shown only once…EVER.
And also, when I tried to log in with different accounts from the same browser, it only showed the pop-up the first time for the first user. So I don’t think it works for every user, but for each browser. Am I right?

If the same user logs in two times in a week, he will only see that pop-up the very first time, right?
What about showing the same pop-up once a day, per user, for example?

1. I know that I can filter the data in top screen, but regular users shouldn’t be allowed to see some private information such as ip adress. Also, they are not interested to know if I upload a plugin or when user logged in.
So, I would like to set up what to display on their dashboard.

2. It looks like Subscribers, Author, etc..are not allowed to see Activity Log on their dashboard. Would it be possibile for an Admin to choose what to display to users according to their roles?

What I need is a kind of “since you’ve been gone” feature.
When users (subscribers too) log in, I want them to see posts,pages,and other few things that other users and I create and edit.

I found what caused that issue!!
It’s the “Google Analytics for WordPress” plugin
