we changed the php session save path as that seemed to be what the error was complaining about. but no luck. We also tried the define( ‘GIVE_USE_PHP_SESSIONS’ , false); setting for the give plugin…but that doesn’t seem to have helped either

i am having similar issue… it happens when i try to make a donation via paypal. it sends me to either a blank white page or i get this:

Hi – i have had the same issue. i’ve just checked “Disable PayPal IPN Verification” and fingers are crossed.

In the meantime, I’ve gone and switched the PENDING payapal donations to COMPLETE in GIVE, snce they are in fact complete… unfortunately, the progress bar was already showing those donations and has now added them again. so the final tally shows an amount that is higher than true.

Q: how can i adjust the fundraising progress/ tally bar to correct that and show the true amount?

I can see where i need to edit text / add code in the “Donations > Settings” and then the “Emails” tab, but I’d love some instructions on how to get the donor’s actual receipt info into that. I don’t want to make them sign up for an account with my site and, at present, the “view receipt” link doesn’t seem to work. just takes them to a blank page.

i have GIVE payment’s in test mode right now, but i’ve used it before and didn’t have this issue.

Hi – not sure if i’m too late to jump in on this but would love instructions on how to do this ( i can see where to edit the email receipt, but don’t know how to “output all the donation data…):

ok well i just recreated the page and it’s working now. i am guessing there was a conflict with the image buttons i had put on the page recently… even when i took the image buttons off tho, the form wouldn’t appear on the front end…
