The page is cached but the pageview counter (under the title) keeps counting.

2) I’ve turned off the Database Settings.
It works.
I activated the Debug Mode for the Database but I don’t see the page views query ??
Is there any way I can turn ON the Database Caching but adding an exception?

1) Re-upload all the WordPress core files (wp-admin, wp-includes) (not the wp-content) with the 3.1.2 version ( https://www.ads-software.com )
2) Activate the TwentyTen theme (the default WordPress theme).
If you disabled all the plugins it has to be the theme.

Perhaps you could try to disable all the plugins and see if it still happens.

The main problem is that the bulk CDN media library import doesn’t work well.
So for an existing blog you can not turn on the CDN because you will miss media files.
Would be nice to turn off the media library and only host minified, themes or include files.

In my case looks like are working but they show “#337 (deleted)” on the Post Title.
