In one of my sites it was the Simple Tags Plugin.

@docarzt i dont have that plugin and still not working for me.

I getting crazy.

I tryied to de-activate plugins, change permalinks…

Sometimes works sometimes not.

One thing is sure: default permalinks works.

Done, it’s sent.

Just an update: if you upload a new file from your post/page works perfect. Looks like the problem is just from the import media to the CDN.
