I had the same problem. I solved it by deactivating Intense Debate.

In my personal opinion, these were the best stats going. I wish someone had an interest in fixing the bug. It seems to be a multi-blog issue, because if I finally uninstall and reinstall it enought to get it to work on blogs A, B, & C, it won’t work on D. when I get it to work on D, it drops one of the others. And yes, I know to click “add it to existing blogs”, but it doesn’t seem to care.

Heath — I had to disable the super-cache, and not the stats work.

Mine came back up sometime last night. Thanks, but they’ve started all over from ground zero. My history is gone.

I am having the same problem. Works great on one blog, doesn’t work at all on the newest. What’s up?
