Please provide the link of the support url where we have not answered. Please keep in mind that our support capability for free forum is limited as we are focussing more on the premium customers.

We look at our support forum every alternate days.

Quick workaround would have to just downgrade the plugin. I have sent this message to the dev team to introduce some kind of option to disable it by default.
