Thank you!!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Post Code Validation FailsJust checking to see if anyone has anymore thoughts on this issue? It’s really a huge problem that’s impacting conversion.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Post Code Validation FailsUnfortunately, after making the suggested change on Thursday, zip code validation failed again on Friday.
Any other possibilities?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Post Code Validation FailsI’m testing that and will report back. This problem has been only appearing when people visit from Europe, so I need to wait for someone there to try it out.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WordPress Simple Shopping Cart] Shopping Cart Items IncorrectNo, I hadn’t. I just excluded /shopcart/ in Total cache. Do you think that’s the only page I need to exclude?
Thanks
I’d like to revive this thread — I’ve got the exact same problem as Bruce.
Photos upload fine, no php error in log, but this message is making my non-techy client worried.
Here are the steps I’ve taken:
- updated wordpress
- updated nextgen
- turned off all plugins except nextgen
- changed theme to twentyfifteen
No change. Please advise. Thank you.

In reply to: GoDaddy Managed WordPress Hosting not taking step changesSo, here’s what they said.
Even with pressing the ‘Flush Cache’ button, it will take up to 15 minutes to see the change.
If you add this to the URL you’re viewing, you’ll see the change faster: “/?nopass=1”
Example: https://domain.com/?nopass=1BUT, even with that, the change is taking up to 30 seconds to propagate. Not a big delay, unless you’re making dozens of changes every few minutes. I guess you shouldn’t develop directly on GoDaddy, using the WordPress Managed Hosting package.
I told them it’s a problem for me, although for a more serious developer with their own local testing server, it’s probably not a big deal. I’ll consider this before I recommend a client to them.

In reply to: GoDaddy Managed WordPress Hosting not taking step changesThe “Flush Cache” button _doesn’t_ work for me. Anyone have any other ideas?
I’ll call GoDaddy and ask them.
Unfortunately the update didn’t work.
My developer flagged this issue:
Looks like my original assessment was wrong. From what I can tell there was some javascript not loading and it seems to be because an attribute was missing in one of the gallery tags that was generated. If you look at the code produced when you put in the gallery you get an img tag. It needs to have the attribute data-mce-placeholder=”1″ in it (I’m not sure if the value is always 1, but that’s what it showed me). That *should* be automatically done, so either it was removed or there’s an issue with it being placed in the code.
Does that help at all?
Hi,
Had to take down the broken portfolio. Here’s a page with the portfolio, as well as a slider that is having very similar problems: https://francoiseweeks.com/gallery-test/
Seems to be intermittent. Sometimes it works, mostly it doesn’t.
Honestly, I think the problem is with the theme, not your plugin, but I haven’t made headway on why, so far.

In reply to: tinyMCE broken – Fails to load necessary fileYes. I’ve checked for that via ftp and it’s there.

In reply to: tinyMCE broken – Fails to load necessary fileJust for giggles, I tried installing tinyMCE Advanced plugin. No help.
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: tinyMCE broken – Fails to load necessary fileThat post doesn’t appear to relate to missing tinyMCE editor. Also, I don’t use tinyMCE Avanced plugin (or any plugins).
This problem appears on all browsers, both Mac and PC.
I’ve removed all extensions from FF and no change.
Thanks.
