The moment I goto the permalink page, the htaccess file is created automatically again and then the page website go lalala… Can’t access unless I delete the htaccess file

Currently I’ve deleted the .htaccess file so the homepage works as I can login to wp admin.
But I don’t know why the other pages aren’t working

Does it means that, the pages will work later on if I should wait for a while…

Because the URLs are correct but just showing not found…. And when I goto the permalink menu, the site don’t open, it rather download.
Then when I check the tiles, . htaccess is created but when I delete, the homepage of the website open and I can also login to wordpress admin

How do I check if it’s pointing to old url

It’s not pointing to old URL. I’m even using the same URL. I guessed some files were missing while downloading via FTP.(FileZilla)
Any quick way to download via FTP without missing some files or directory??

Still not working….
I guessed this issue happened after I accidentally deleted the do action function in the footer.php
