Can′t login to backend WP

Please, can you help me? I set both keys google recaptcha V3 into general settings, than I set invisible recaptcha in login section of shield security WP plugin. This worked fine. But than I changed recaptcha from invisible to default and I can′t login to backend of site. Therefore I tried rename this plugin by FTP and than I got inside, but when I tried rename back by FTP to original and activate this plugin again, appear me login to backend of site with recaptcha error message.
Is easy way to change setting back to default for poswsibility login to backsite? Thanks.
